Please fix the negatives so...

Liked: Excellent - windows open and not pet unfriendly. Helpful nice staff. Clean. Good shuttle service.
Disliked: Breakfast needs to be improved. A bagel for $6 is not acceptable. Bananas were very over ripe. I would like to get a nice reasonable. fresh breakfast. Bed needs upgrading - lumpy.Although I asked for room cleaning it never came. I had to pickup my own additional towels needed,

Extremely disappointed in rate for...

Liked: NA
Disliked: My fiancés card was charged twice after being told that the card didn't go through at checkin. Next day we go to check out, told that the refund will come once we check out. That was 12 hours ago and still no refund. $240 for a night due to a wedding. $240 but charged double that... for a loud hotel at 3am with banging and pounding. $240 for a room that didn't have a working tv. $240 and breakfast not even included in that? $240 and then not knowing why they kept charging our card. Way too expensive for a mediocre hotel.

There was no stay

Liked: Nothing. We arrived after a long road trip and they had no room for us.
Disliked: That they allowed booking to book a room for us and when we arrived, confirmation in hand, they had no room.
