Convenient and comfortable stay

Disliked: -The extra charge for parking-When we arrived, the elevators from the parking were not working, and we had to have two flights of stairs with our luggage- There was no communication between receptionists

Wonderful Stay

Liked: The location is perfect for walking everywhere in Clearwater Beach. The view from our balcony was amazing-we could see the marina and the gulf, and the rooftop bar is beautiful! The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The valet team is especially amazing-so fast! We will definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked: The only issue we encountered was in our room when we checked in. There was no bar soap or washcloths. We had to ask for both of those things.

Mediocre stay, not worth the...

Liked: The location was great, pool was great but minimal amount of chairs so get there early on a nice day. Room was very spacious and comfortable
Disliked: Not worth 400$ a night in my opinion, room service didn’t come in to clean our garbage or give us new towels for 3 days, also I find it absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay 38$ a night to park your car when you’re staying in the hotel. I can understand if you’re not staying at the hotel, you have to pay for parking everywhere downtown, but if you’re staying in the hotel to pay 38$ a night to park your car is absolutely ridiculous to me. Just include it in the night stay if that’s the case? And no one could explain it to me other then “that’s what we charge” simple breakfast was not worth it, it is not a continental breakfast so it’s ridiculously expensive for French toast sticks
