Short stay as evacuated but...

Liked: Good location and staff wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Just acceptable

Liked: Very comfortable beds ...rooms well furnished. Very helpful staff
Disliked: There was no wifi through our whole stay meaning we had to go to a retail venue to check in for our flights.Vue 360 was closed with the doors padlocked so we couldn't even look at the view. Parking was mandatory valet parking with a 31 dollar charge. Room included breakfast which we expected to be a normal restaurant breakfast buffet but instead was a tiny bistro providing Starbucks coffee and very limited breakfast choices cooked and served by one very overworked and stressed employee.None of these issues were highlighted on the booking details and detracted a lot from our stay

Other than the parking fees,...

Liked: My disappointment was it stated the rooms had balcony and we did not get that and could not access the rooftop area
Disliked: I didn't like having to pay for parking and then when I go out the facility on destinations had to pay for parking elsewhere. I felt this was double dipping. If my hotel provides parking as a guess I should not have to pay for this while staying there
