In spite of some annoying...

Liked: The room was very good—bedding very comfortable. The staff were attentive in the dining and bar area. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of variety. The coffee was not very good.
Disliked: At check in I was told that my room choice did not include breakfast but I was sure that I had chosen that option. We had an issue of being woken in the middle of the night by someone trying to enter our room. We believe it was due to an error by the night administration staff. Also the next morning our door lock was no longer working so we had to move rooms. The last issue was a problem with the guest washing machine which stopped working mid-cycle.

Best Hotel in Ciudad Juarez!!

Liked: Great food, excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful employees. The best was the driver (Thanks to care my mom during her interview for the green card).
Disliked: No pool

It is an excellent service...

Liked: I liked its structure and the parking is very accessible.
