Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: The furnace was loud and the grate rattled when it kicked on. The bed pillows were poor quality.

Liked: The aesthetic of the hotel and room is very nice
Disliked: The shower didn’t seem like it was cleaned well after the last guests and the valet area is very small. More than once our car had to be left with the back end blocking traffic because other cars needed to be picked up or parked by the valet staff.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, polite staff, the bathroom was nice along with the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Easy to check in and out. Hotel was very nice and clean. Easily able to walk to any location in the city from here.
Disliked: The elevator door will take you out, it closes extremely fast. Paid breakfast, not able to adjust the AC freely, could only change it by 1 or 2 degrees. Pillows were rather lackluster and slightly uncomfortable.

Liked: The close walk to the activities, such as to Christmas tree lighting and ice skating .

Liked: Everything one would expect in a very classy building that is now a Courtyard by Marriott. The two go exceptionally well together. Being The first reinforced steel building in America says a lot and it's a marvel to be appreciated.
Disliked: Nothing even worth mentioning.
