Liked: I wish I remembered his name. Pretty sure it started with a J but he worked the front desk and he was so friendly every time he was there and always asked about our stay. And the location was perfect and the room was very clean.
Disliked: We were right next to the elevator and it did make noise every 30 seconds the first night of our stay but it wasn’t too bothersome but I could see where it could be annoying for some travelers.

Overpriced! No continental breakfast!! Noise...

Liked: The room was large, bed confortable.
Disliked: Dim lighting, noise from freeway, nearly no counter space by sink. No area or shelf to set things on in bathroom. No continental breakfast for a $200 plus room!!

Superb

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable bed and had high quality bedding. I requested a quiet room and was very happy with the room provided. The level of sound proofing was also very good.
Disliked: Some of the bathroom fixtures were a little old, but still reasonable quality overall.

Liked: I forgot his name, but he was so welcoming upon arrival. Working in retail. We’re talk to beat the customer to the greeting and he exceeded my customer service expectations.
Disliked: We enjoyed our stay 100%.
