Disliked: Honestly when walking in the lobby it smelled musty or damp.

Nightmare bed & room set-up.

Disliked: Bed was wayyy to tall. I'm just over 5'. I had to use the ottoman in the room to climb on the bed ! I'm 72 with severe disability & it exacerbated my issues. Plus, the ottoman was on wheels which made it easy to move, but I had to place it between the foot of the bed & the sofa/bed to keep it from rolling out from under me, then crawl up the king bed to the head. I also had to sleep at an angle as the TV is place against a partial wall which blocks the screen. Poorly designed room, but it was quiet as it was on the top floor.
