Disappointing

Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: Most of the staff was very friendly, but the older lady there when we checked in was extremely rude.

Liked: In general, it was a good facility.
Disliked: EVen though we arrived after check-in time, our room was not quite ready as the previous guests had a 4:00 check-out time. Also, the room was noicy; one could hear guests in the room above walking, running the spa, and such. Not certain I would stay there again.
