It was a very comfortable...

Liked: Indoor swimming pool, restaurant and rooms!
Disliked: Shuttle ran too late to catch our flight so we had to rent a car. This was an additional expense that we had nit planned for.

Disliked: Main entrance access indicators/ directions near the hotel are not clear for drivers to reach the front desk. Complementary breakfast not worth

False advertisement - the shuttle...

Liked: The front desk was very friendly and nice room and facilities. Did have a place for me to leave my vehicle for a week.
Disliked: They advertised what appeared to be 24/7 shuttle to the airport then hand you a little typed note when you get there the shuttle starts at 7AM. Added an expense for me both ways because my flight went out before that and got back before that which is the whole reason I stayed there really. They didn’t offer me any compensation, booking gave me a credit to my account when I proved that the hotel description was misleading. The hotel refused to accommodate me anything. Poor over all experience because of that.
