Liked: All staff are very nice and the hotel allows us to check in early. So that we can visit town of Chicago

Disliked: Checkin was difficult.My next room has weed smokers and my room started to stink.My booking had breakfast I paid extra $15. But they declined.I had something to take care of my last day morning and when we came back we were checked out.

It was a very comfortable...

Liked: Indoor swimming pool, restaurant and rooms!
Disliked: Shuttle ran too late to catch our flight so we had to rent a car. This was an additional expense that we had nit planned for.
