Liked: Location was wonderful and staff was friendly
Disliked: Elevator multiple times needed maintenance and caused family members problems because of disability. Pools were filthy and windows missing.

Liked: The entire facility was bright, clean, and inviting. Staff was friendly and professional.
Disliked: I wish it was more affordable. Rooms were too pricey to come back and stay there again.

Disliked: Never cleaned rooms, or refreshed towels til I requested it on 2nd day. They quit offering coffee at 9 am. They wanted a credit card on file even though I paid for the rooms upfront through Booking. com, then charged for the rooms again. Still waiting for my Credit card to be credited back. When I initially found this out, their response was I would have to wait till a supervisor came to work the next day. The employees were friendly about the situation, however the response time is unacceptable. Seemed to want to put blame on Booking. com, but they were the ones making the double charge.
