Liked: Location
Disliked: A dirty entrance greets you. Dirty hallways and rooms. Dirty couch. A pretty run down hotel. Not going there again.

Great place to stay when...

Liked: Nice rooms, safe location. Extremely friendly staff. A group of your hotels in Hammond was recommended by Whoazone as a safe, family friendly environment close to there location in Whiting.
Disliked: Rooms should not be full price when amenities are under construction. No restaurants, breakfast in conference room because lobby is under construction. Breakfast was a yogurt cup, hard bagel, or kid size box of cereal. Thankfully the pool had just re-opened so the kids could swim.

Liked: I liked that I was able to check in late
Disliked: The hotel had a difficult time finding my reservation. I asked many times if there was an issue. I could clearly tell by the look on the front desk persons face I was in trouble. After waiting for so much time , the front desk staff was able to get another staff member in the phone. I should’ve just called you guys because I found out after checking out the next day that they charged me for an additional room smh. Oh if they gaping to make that mistake you have to wait 3-5 business days for it to possibly returned back into your card.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, the decor was updated and it was very clean. It was also very convenient to I-94/I-80.
Disliked: There were not many dining options within the immediate vicinity.

Staff was pleasant and the...

Liked: The room was clean and seemed newly remodeled. Location was convenient.
Disliked: Room service was poor. Had to request changing of towels. We were there 5 nights and the bedding was not changed during our stay. No complimentary breakfast. Poor computer system made check-in a long time.

Disliked: The bar had drinks on the menu ,however did not have the ingredients to make the drinks. Then I asked for a different drink with just pineapple juice and the 2 small cans she had were opened one can was ok the second can was so molded and black.
