Enjoyed our stay very much. Room very spacious and clean. King size bed ++ comfortable. Would recommend to friends and will likely try to book again when we head to Chicago next June for Bluesfest 2012.

Liked: The location was perfect, and the staff were really friendly, and there was a coffee/tea maker in the room.There were really good restaurants close by.
Disliked: We could hear the sirens from the streets, but i guess this is true for all downtown.

Liked: Location - it was close to almost everything. Room is spacious and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Location - I was told public parkings are not safe. So decided to avail of Valet Parking instead which costs $65 per day. Room was ok. No view. Amenity kits not provided. Had to call to give us toothpaste. Bed only 3 pillows provided. My laptop could not connect to the internet initially. Was told to call their helpdesk.
