Superb

Liked: The hotel is in great location near the Magnificent Mile. We were able to walk to many attractions in the city. We did not rent a car. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The city of Chicago is beautiful. We would highly recommend the Architecture boat tour.
Disliked: There is a restaurant connected to the lobby. The drinks were very expensive.

Liked: Walking distance from the places I was planning to visit, even a Catholic Church was close. The pillows were the best!!! The front desk people awesome too!!!
Disliked: The sounds of the siren because we were close to a hospital I imagine, and 2 days before was a police homicide in town, so I was a little concerned.

Liked: The staff was excellent! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and efficient. It was great to have access to a fitness room and an indoor pool. The view from our room really gave us the sense of being immersed in the heart of the city. Being able to walk easily to Navy Pier was perfect. Traveling with a tween can be hit-or-miss and the Courtyard Marriott made it a hit!
Disliked: The carpets were pretty worn. The pool could have been cleaner.
