Very clean hotel; very nice people in the restaurant; was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was a nice place except for when other guests are closing doors in the hallways. It is very loud and woke me up in the middle of the night. I went to this place since it was close to a show that was happening at the Bottom Lounge. The free shuttle to the place was very nice since I was not used to such a big city. They even picked me up when the show was over. The staff was also very nice.
Liked: Clean; comfortable beds; easy access to the interstate.
Disliked: Noise levels when people opening and closing doors in the hallway.

Overall I had a very nice stay at this Marriott. The surrounding area is really neat. All of the workers were friendly and helpful and it had pretty much everything I would have needed in a hotel.
Liked: Good neighborhood; very helpful customer service and nice rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful. They provided transportation to and from where we needed to go. They stored our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave. Room service was prompt; food was excellent. I would stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Liked: Everything about this hotel is wonderful.
Disliked: Ice machine on 4th floor didn't work.

We loved our stay at Marriott Chicago. We were within walking distance of Pitchfork at Union Park, plus within walking distance of Little Italy and two different metro lines. We were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy shuttle, which was great for getting to and from places. All the staff, from front desk to the restaurant to the valet parking crew to the shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly. Appreciated access to the business center; our one complaint was the high cost of internet access. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
Liked: Location; staff helpfulness; cleanliness; restaurant on premises.
Disliked: Charge for wi-fi.
