Nice hotel, clean and friendly...
Liked: Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk (Joshua I think) was very helpful and answered all of my questions and accommodated my request for my husband to pick up the second key at a later point. Overall very impressed.
Disliked: The toilets in the room bathrooms were crazy low. Like elementary school bathroom low. Not standard height or even close to it.The free breakfast was not what I anticipated. Not like most hotels where you have a buffet, it was more like counter service but the free breakfast people had to pick off a very limited menu. While the girl at the counter was very nice, I had hoped for more options as my family has food allergies and picky eaters so didn't really work well for us.

Lovely people, average but sufficient...
Liked: All the staff that I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Plenty of free parking. Great location for accessibility to relevent locations. Met many expectations.
Disliked: Food at The Bistro cafe was horrible, beverages were fine. Should step-up food and beverage game in the closet-sized Market area.

meh
Liked: Free parking.
Disliked: It advertised a bar and restaurant, but there was no liquor license, so no bar. The "restaurant" was a place where you order premade food at the counter. Breakfast and coffee options were pricey for what you get. Furnishings dated and low quality, i.e., a sofa that sagged in the middle. No art on the wall, but hangars where art used to be.
