Liked: The employees were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The renovations and not able to use the main bathroom in the lobby, having to go up to my room on the 7th floor to use the bathroom.

Liked: Great location and the cutoff was outstanding. The room was comfortable and had a great view.
Disliked: There was construction going on we weren't aware of but it didn't affect the stay. Just would have been nice to be made aware.

All things considered, not quite...

Liked: The Staff were outstanding. They were making the best of the renovation going on in the building. Very helpful, informative, and professional yet friendly. Seemed to know the city and what was happening around it. Made excellent suggestions for activities and dining options.
Disliked: The restaurant staff at dinner left a little to be desired as far as service went. The waitress forgot my wife's vegetables that went with her salmon dinner. When she finally brought them to her, my wife had finished her salmon. Her service was very slow, even though the restaurant was almost empty. She had to be reminded of what we had ordered. The salmon wasn't very tasty, sort of dry and bland. My sandwich was just OK. It didn't quite make it over the top, but still edible. They also had run out of a beer I ordered. I was able to substitute another one.

Poor advertising. Doesn’t meet expectations

Liked: Bedroom was ok.
Disliked: No advertisement that the facility is undergoing renovations. Pool wasn’t available. No breakfast included. No parking included.

Our stay was less than...

Liked: Location....close to work.
Disliked: Didn't tell us was under renovation before booking. No hot water. TV didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work. Pool closed. Restaurant closed. Hoodie accidentally left in room when checked out, and was taken by someone. Said they couldn't find it although room was not rebooked.

Great staff

Liked: Staff was excellent. Renovation is in process but wasn’t really an issue for us.
Disliked: Room is small and no microwave.

Would stay here again if...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Construction was awful and we would not have stayed here had we know that was going on. You could hear it from the room and we paid full price so not happy with that. Also didn’t like the parking fee.
