Liked: The hotel is centrally located in the waverly community in Ballantyne which is great because it’s near plenty of dining options, and near an ER in case of emergency. It’s a very walkable area
Disliked: As a Marriott Bonvoy member that travels often - this was one of the most deceptive locations I’ve visited. It appears clean until you get inside. I had to clean almost everything once I got in the room. I checked in around 8pm so I didn’t feel like moving rooms, so I dealt with it. I also experienced several disruptions by various members of staff despite the DND being on my door the entire time. I also didn’t enjoy the poor plumbing, the paper thin walls that made me susceptible to hearing the crying baby next door, the constant slams from the doors closing, and I even heard the cleaning every morning and whoever was walking. There are also no complimentary offerings(bottled water, breakfast or coffee) EVERYTHING was a charge. I also included pictures of the dirty walls around the toilet- I literally used the room for my quick stay and booked elsewhere. This location clearly has careless leadership.
