Disliked: Several staff members could not help because of lack of knowledge of English language. I hope you have English classes for them Was no ‘Do not disturb sign to place on outside of room door.

Liked: The lobby is pretty, the pool was nice, the outdoor fire pit area was nice as well.
Disliked: The rooms! The bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation so don’t even think about doing nr 2 or take a warm or hot Shower, the hallway is hot, the rooms are not super clean nor are the bathrooms, the location is not great either, the phones in the room do not work, so you can’t call the lobby, and if you need anything you have to go get it yourself. After a long 8 hour trip we arrived at 3pm and they only checked us in at 430pm because the rooms weren’t ready, it was quite a few people waiting in the lobby because the rooms weren’t ready.
