Liked: It is very loud when the air conditioning/heater turns on and off, as needed, which for a light sleeper is very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Nothing you can really do about this but I prefer to stay in a motel/hotel that doesn’t have this type of system.

Disliked: Despite paying for it, did not get breakfast.Offered a discount, but can only get that from Booking.com so I doubt I'll get it.Poor WiFi - why does one have to joine a hotel's chain's loyalty scheme to get wifi?Other chain hotels do not require this. Not good enough.

Liked: All of the staff members I encountered were superb in service and friendliness. Since it was a Christmas holiday, I gave them a lot of credit for providing excellent service when they could’ve been home with their family.
Disliked: Everything was fine. Trash can could be larger:The trash receptacle in the room was a bit far. I think the facility should invest in larger room televisions. The 19 inch television in the room is small and outdated.
