Disliked: Bistro was a bit pricey

Liked: All of the staff members I encountered were superb in service and friendliness. Since it was a Christmas holiday, I gave them a lot of credit for providing excellent service when they could’ve been home with their family.
Disliked: Everything was fine. Trash can could be larger:The trash receptacle in the room was a bit far. I think the facility should invest in larger room televisions. The 19 inch television in the room is small and outdated.

Liked: The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean.
Disliked: The pool was out of ours we and the gym should not be called a gym. Very lacking and disappointing

Liked: i really didnt eat but had starbucks coffee the person was very friendly and the desk staff too
Disliked: no safe in the room better lighting need better mirrior

Exceptional

Liked: The beds were extremely soft!! The location of the hotel was great ,near a lot of different restaurants.
Disliked: The pool was closed the days we visited! I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included!!! The refrigerator did not work either.
