Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel I was told I was lucky there was one room left-I said I made reservations a week ago but she told me check in started at 3 and was on a first come first serve basis despite reservations and despite my payment being non-refundable. There were no cups in the room either for coffee or to brush your teeth. There was also no ice bucket and there was one ice machine on the second floor(this was a 4 story hotel).The TV also did not work. The girl who checked us in didn't act as if she knew anything about the hotel. I would not stay here again. And the wifi did not work.
