Way more expense than Hampton...

Liked: Did not eat breakfast. Location was close to hospital. I was visiting my sister-in-law the hospital.
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable. The smoke alarm went off in my room and nobody came to check on it. I do not smoke. I tried calling the main desk but your automated system was not helpful. The toilet stopped up. There were no coffee cups in the room. I could go on and on. Hopefully, next time I need a room, Hampton Inn will have a room.
