Disliked: Parking confusing signage. Contruction prevented us from using the pool and fitness center and information about that was not forthcoming. Staff confused about the construction and breakfast was not avaialbe and no coffee in the morning. Hotels.com advertised a reduced rate of $12 rather than the $30 but the staff seemed to know nothing about this and were not responsive to it when I gave them a printed notice of this. I feel I should have been given a reduced rate since one reason we chose this was the indoor pool and the fitness facilty. The staff showed no openness to this

Great experience

Liked: We arrived late and the gate to the parking garage was down, so we thought that it was closed and we parked off-site. When we let the front desk staff know, she let us know that the parking garage was accessible but still provided us with complimentary parking because we'd parked off site. We didn't expect this and really appreciated receiving free parking for the evening that we'd paid to park elsewhere. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff!

Disliked: Renovations. Loud construction noise during the day. Lobby was mostly closed. Rooms are dated. Bathroom was old.
