Great accommodations for a short...

Liked: Property is nice, clean, and close to everything.
Disliked: We had a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper. While the sheets and blanket were in the closet for sofa sleeper, there were no pillows for it. When we went down to the front desk to ask for four pillows (two per person sleeping on pull out), we were told they only had two. We took the two they had and politely asked for pillow cases for them and were then told they did not have any extra pillow cases. We also asked for extra wash cloths and were told they didn’t have those either so we took hand towels instead. We made the most of it and took what we could get. It was about 2:30am but when people book this hotel for concerts, etc., as we did- I feel it is to be expected to get some of these late night requests as people are getting back to their rooms around this time and the hotel could’ve been a little more prepared in that regard.

Terrible hotel. Worst Marriott we’ve...

Liked: Not much to like about our stay. Main elevator out of service. Staff seemed bewildered. Had to change rooms three times. Person in cafe surly. Walls too thin. Worst hotel stay we’ve had in a long time. Terrible service when we attempted to verify our reservation. This realhas real problems.
Disliked: Operating elevator. Checkin staff was awful. Dining room person was rude.
