Liked: Room was clean and well kept
Disliked: Checking in at the front desk was a little tricky as the representative had some trouble matching my credit card with my reservation and was attempting to charge me twice. Luckily his coworker assisted him.

Great location ! Wonderful staff!...

Liked: Close to our departure for our cruise ! The staff were very friendly and helpful ! Breakfast was awesome ! The rooms were great ! Will definitely stay there again !

Everything was fine and we...

Liked: Good proximity to shops, restaurants, etc Room was clean and comfortable. Everyone very nice.
Disliked: Pay for coffee. 2 medium coffees $9.00. Crazy. Should be complimentary. 32.00 for egg sandwich and French toast. Valet service while nice it was 39.00 a day.

Marriott yes. Charleston Marriott no

Liked: Restaurant/Bar area only open late afternoon/evening. Had to rebook rooms -?was told booking.com only reserved one room. Supposedly they had incorrect info. No changes were made even after I presented them info from booking.com. Everyone seemed to be ver limited in the info they had. Systems appeared to be outdated. No assistance in providing info @ their immediate vicinity- they’re in the historic district. Hotel was nice. Desk staff-very poor.
Disliked: Train the desk staff. Not relatable/personal. Very robotic. If it wasn’t on their computer screen, it didn’t exist. No info @ activities in the area.
