AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Liked: The pool and facilities.
Disliked: We booked 2 rooms. We have stayed here in the past for our childrens' sporting events. We are in town for a wrestling tournament. We decided that since our last experience was great the last few times, we would stay here again. MISTAKE. The gentleman at the front was super rude. Lee Mann is his name. He was frustrated with me due to my chip in my card not working correctly. He gave me so much attitude over it, and I tried to explain that my chip was broken and apolgized over it. He still was openly expressing his irritation with the situation. We were given the wrong room when we checked in. When my husband went down to try and switch rooms and even told him if there was a difference we would pay, said gentleman was fine with it, but I needed to come down and speak to him because it was in my name. Went down, he told me it needed to be inspected, and nothing was to be disturbed (after knowing we had already walked into the room and sat down), which is understandable. My husband spoke to him, and my husband was treated with respect. However, when I spoke to him, he acted like I was beneath him. When he did the "inspection," he accused us of using the restroom already and refused to let us do the transfer. Nice hotel, but the customer service is extremely POOR.

Disliked: Didn't it this visit..but at the last visit and it was delicious

Disliked: It was decently clean, the staff was in a rush no hospitality at all. Just rushed you as you checked in.
