Liked: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property, which was not only frustrating but also far below the level of service I expected from your brand.I had a confirmed reservation for a King room with a sofa, but upon check-in, I was assigned a room with two double beds instead. This change was never communicated to me during the check-in process, and this room would have cost less than the one I originally booked. When I returned to the front desk with all my luggage to address the issue, Elizabeth, the representative on duty, informed me that, because I was not a Marriott member and did not book directly through the hotel, they were allowed to place me in any room they chose. I had to argue to switch back to the room I initially reserved.Unfortunately, when I was finally moved to what I thought was the correct room, it turned out to be a handicap-accessible room that still did not match my original booking. The room had several issues, and it was incredibly frustrating to deal with these challenges after what already felt like an exhausting experience.When I asked the front desk if anything could be done to rectify the situation, they told me the hotel was sold out and there was nothing they could do. They suggested I take up the matter with the booking site, despite the fact that I had paid the hotel directly, and I was informed that this was the hotel's policy.I reached out to the booking site, which contacted the property on my behalf. However, the property still refused to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling completely disregarded. For a beachfront hotel, it seems that customer satisfaction takes a backseat, as I was made to feel like my concerns didn’t matter, knowing that new guests would always fill the rooms.Additionally, I would like to stress that we specifically book rooms with enough space to accommodate a bed for our daughter, who cannot use hotel beds due to their height off the ground.

Liked: We only live an hour away and wanted to do a "staycation". Great place to do so. Love the late indoor pool hours. 11pm. And our ocean front balcony was fantastic. We didnt have any chairs for our balcony so we called and a very nice young white guy in house keeping brought them up and answered some questions about the place for us.
Disliked: Everything in our room was great except the pillows. They, quite frankly, suck.They are down pillows so they compress alot when used. Not great support. Didnt sleep well. If we come back we will bring our own memory foam pillows. Was also disappointed they dont provide some kind of breakfast spread. The Hampton Inn, next door does so we are considering that place the next time we decide to staycay.

Liked: Everything was nice and very clean. Entire place was nice as a hole. Outside and inside pool was both open. I think it’s a little too cold for outside though. But the inside was definitely our best friend.
