Liked: not applicable
Disliked: There was a lot of noise because of a basketball tournament - lots of raucous kids in the halls until late at night.The hotel was extremely hard to find. Our GPS just couldn't find it, and the dark made it worse. We finally had to call the hotel. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and guided us there.

Liked: I liked a lot. First of all is close to the Mall.
Disliked: Adaptations for electricity.

Excellent, very comfortable & safe.

Liked: UPDATED, MODERN & CLEAN room & hotel in general. View out the window was so nice. Windows would open a little and had working screens. Parking lot was treated during snow & ice event. Parking convenient to room. Locks worked great. Great TV. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Paid extra for breakfast and no hot breakfast. A shuttle to/from local bus station, ferry and airport would be great because taxi’s can be unreliable and Uber/Lyft was be extremely expensive. Even if I had to pay a little for the shuttle.

Disliked: It was too noisy with children and grown ups talking along the corridor.A handheld shower would be better, I am short and the fixed shower too high.
