Liked: The staff were amazing, friendly kind and responsive. Cleanliness was superb and breakfast staff were awesome, especially Shaheen. They always offered to prepare coffee to go when I was leaving breakfast.
Disliked: There was a coffee machine, but not kettle or tea, I encourage them to add that as well.

Liked: The staff member who helped me to check in was very friendly and helpful. I regret I didn't get her name.

Phone glitch unfortunate despite otherwise...

Liked: Exceptional Staff and Check in. Excellent room and fitness facility.
Disliked: Woke up to a knock at my door at 4 am. Apparently there was a phone glitch where my room phone had called 911. Front Desk confirmed the glitch but it was still a bad way to have sleep disturbed and made for a poor sleep.
