Liked: Good location downtown near the waterfront. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff with a lovely bar in the lobby area.
Disliked: Having to pay to use the car park

Expensive but very comfortable.

Liked: We are happy that we paid for breakfast when we booked the room. In fact it was not breakfast buffet: it was luxury brunch served until noon. We had delicious brunch with starters, entrée, and drinks. Plenty choices. Room is big enough. Bathroom is spacious. Bed very comfortable. Location is a wow.
Disliked: There is no slipper in the room. We called the front desk and it turned out there was no slipper provided at all.

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel with views of Lake Champlain. It is a five minute walk to the charming shops and restaurants of Church Street. The showers in the bathroom were exceptional and beds were comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

Liked: I liked this hotelVery muchBut the staffing in restaurant was terribly insufficient! It was a holiday weekend and we waited 1.5 hours to be seated for bfast and then another 30 mins at our table before a waitress appeared. The restaurant was not even full. They just had no staffing.
