Our room was fabulous, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Everything was great.

Liked: Easy to get to; close to Keybank Center. We ate at the Pizza restaurant and it was excellent.

Hotel was in the perfect location. Rooms extremely comfortable. Hotel within walking distance to everything happining at the Canalside. Beautiful location. The town of Buffalo should be very proud of how they have made the whole canalside so beautiful and family friendly.

Disliked: Wish they had a better breakfast menu. But if you like Starbucks you will be happy.

Hotel room was great and it was close to the First Niagara Center.

this hotel blew us away for the quality, given the price. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed comfortable. Great hotel at a great price. We have stayed at very high end hotels and were very, very impressed - would not hesitate to stay here again.
