Disliked: I was not given receipt of payment tbat was charged to mu credit card . And i was not refunded of my deposit because I too, forgot yo remind the desk officer about it

Excellent hotel with all facilities...

Liked: A great clean hotel with all the required facilities at an easily commutable location from the city and all major attractions. Very close to the airport, walking distance to tram and bus stations. Great staff, clean rooms and good food. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend.
Disliked: The lunch/dinner menu at the restaurant were the same. So there was not a lot of options to choose from. But whatever food we ordered, they were of real good quality.

Helpful, comfortable, delicious.

Liked: Staff were so helpful before and during my stay, always ready to support. The room was a great size with super comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: There was no Earl Grey tea in the room but I took some at breakfast to have in my room the next day. And Peppermint tea was great for the evening.
