Liked: The room was large, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was comfy, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and approachable! Overall, it was a lovely stay that was well worth its value!
Disliked: The hotel was quite far out of the center of Brussels so required a few tram journeys to reach. There weren't many restaurants close around.

Very pleasant experience which could...

Liked: Kind personnel and very tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Necessity to give all money (price for two nights and twice a deposit) in advance, lack of hygiene equipment in the room, lack of information about hotel leisure offerings (I was not informed are spa and gym included in my stay or not).
