Overall nice but expensive

Liked: Nice property but location is bit far from the grand palace. Though it’s close to NATO and airport.
Disliked: It was overpriced given the location and amenities.

Not value for money.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was no bathrobe and slippers in the room. We had to ask for it. I was double charged for the room. Once on booking.com and on arrival at the hotel. Calling the hotel reception was a nightmare. The phone will connect but no one spoke. I tried a few more times then gave up. It says a spa in terms of facilities but it is only a sauna one in the men’s changing room and the other in the ladies.

Disliked: The food in the restaurant the soup that I’ve ordered for my son tasted like chemicals like a supermarket soup horrible my son was sick after eating it The cot that they provided for my son was very small and uncomfortable my son couldn’t sleep well during the stay .
