Despite outstanding service, the billing...

Liked: The service was exceptional across all areas. Both the reception and restaurant staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, consistently providing friendly and attentive assistance throughout our stay.
Disliked: The internet connection charge is unwarranted, and the receipt format is unnecessarily complex and difficult to comprehend - among the most confusing I've encountered.
