Really worth the money.

Liked: Lovely big room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great shower and lovely large white towels.Very nice made to order breakfast.Great location. We were on a long road trip and had stayed in a number of places along the way this was by far the BEST!With definitely look for Courtyards again when I travel.
Disliked: Only 1 person taking breakfast orders and making coffee so it took a long time to be served.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable!
Disliked: No coffee in the lobby. The Bistro was nice, food was good, but very expensive

A very stressful nightmare to...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Check in took forever. They said I was only booked for one room. I showed them my confirmation & receipt and then I had to wait until someone else came out from the back & still said I only had one room booked. Finally they figured it out when I showed them my confirmation papers I printed up ( for the second time ) The phone in the room did not work to ask for a wake up call or reach the front desk so I had to get dressed again & go down to the front desk to request a wake up call ( which was very important & I told her that I could not afford to oversleep because I needed to make a very important phone call. I do not own a smart phone which has that option & I left my travel alarm clock at my previous stop. I never did receive a wake up call. And then when I went to go take a shower, that wasn't working properly either so I couldn't take a shower. I had to get ready without a shower & while I was in the process of getting ready I get someone knocking at my door saying that they were maintenance & there to fix my bath & shower. That should have been taken care of before I arrived. When I was leaving I addressed the front desk and all I got was that they would get someone to fix the phone & bath. Again they should have had these fixed before they gave me that room or have offered some kind of refund for all the stress that put on me. Having no phone, no wake up call and no shower made for a very bad way to start my day to get to a very important event. It was a nightmare to say the least. It definitely was one of my worst experiences staying at a hotel.

Nice facility but lousy room.

Liked: Great facility with excellent staff. The Bistro had great food and the staff were friendly and prompt.
Disliked: We stayed in a clean room. But we were on the highway side of the building. Might as well been sleeping on the side of the highway. It was the worst stay of my life. Got no rest!!!! You need to install sound proof glass on rooms on that side of the building!!!!!
