Liked: Lobby was nice and staff was extremely helpful and understanding.
Disliked: The room was extremely dirty carpet was stained and moldy on the first floor where my room was

Liked: Carpets were dirty in room and hallway. Furniture, bathroom cabinets & fixtures were old & worn. Construction was going on in the rooms above us. The noise was loud & disruptive. Front desk said “they should be done by 5:00. Outside the patio landscaping was non existing. It was raining, so it was all mud. No grass. Only 2 cups of coffee in room, 4 of us were staying there. Coffee in lobby was Starbucks and paid a lot for the coffee.

Liked: We paid for the deluxe King suite with the balcony and a view. Instead, we got a second floor with palm trees in a parking lot. This was very special occasion for us and we felt like we went over our budget in the location did not satisfy us at all.

Disliked: Outside didn’t look like the pictures , pool view was covered by trees , the pool area not maintained and our Room smelled like wet carpet.
