Nice comfortable beds with a...

Liked: The hotel was being renovated, so I imagine it will look very nice really soon. But right now, it looks quite dated. The carpets are old, and the entire facility could use an update. That said, the updates are in progress. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean, which are my 2 priorities. The staff was very nice and helpful, and we did not have any problems or issues.
Disliked: No ice machine on the first floor, and there could be more water fountains or water bottle refill stations. There wasn't anything wrong or bad about this property though

Disliked: When I arrived they told me there was construction on 2nd floor 8 - 6pm and then she booked me to a room and then I see it’s on first floor, room 119?!? When I got to room the construction was right above my room so I had to ask to be moved. I feel she should have been more specific on where this was happening and should have given me the choice if I wanted to be place on first floor. They even charged me more because it was a double bed room when I should be charged the same for king room! Also that night a large roach appeared in my room so had to call front desk to have someone expose of it. The guy came in and sprayed it to death and left my room with the stench of spray. Not how I imagined my night to go as I just needed to rest so it was not a restful night plus I kept looking around to see if any more roaches would pop up. It was very nerve wracking
