Liked: Location near bicycle paths. Love that the pool was open early and late. Super clean. Beautiful courtyard. Great seating areas in the lobby for working, having coffee. Staff were very helpful.

Disliked: Effectiveness of thermostat in maintaining set temperature in the room. Needed to keep adjusting it.

Disliked: The room that I asked for was not the room I got . Advertise King with sofa. I got handicap room with no sofa and terrible bathroom. They would not change because they said I was low on list and it was busy weekend. This was bait and switch.

Great staff made a great...

Liked: We love the staff! My Wife had surgery on her knee before we arrived and they were proactive and very helpful in getting us into an accessible unit. They were also knowledgeable about the area and how to get about easier. The hotel restaurant had excellent people as well! Breakfast was crowded, but they worked diligently and kept a friendly and polite demeanor and pushed out all the meals. We would gladly stay here again - a great hotel with great people!
