Passable

Disliked: Lack of simple maintenance. Furniture drawers kept rolling open and shower door handles were loose.

It was "OK", but not...

Liked: Good location overall, room was mostly comfortable, good shower.
Disliked: We suffered through a fire alarm incident at midnight one night, the hotel lobby and some nearby rooms were generally very loud even after 11 pm, making us call the front desk repeated times on one night (the fire alarm night), and we only got a response/action on the 3rd call at 11:15 pm. Not a good job by the front desk/management, no Manager on hand. Also, the room cleaning (every other day) did not fill the bathroom toilet paper, even though we left a note with our generous tip in the morning - sad work.

This hotel served our purpose...

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: I did not like having to pay (a lot) for coffee and breakfast.I didn’t like having to sign up for a Marriott Rewards account in order to get free Wi-FiMy bill was sent to me (twice) in a PDF that will not open. For these reasons, I will try to avoid Marriotts in the future.
