Isolated room. Understaffed hotel.

Liked: Very understaffed. When my husband fell in the parking lot, there was no hotel employee available to help him. I had to run to the front desk and back to get graze and inadequate bandaids.
Disliked: We could have been much closer to the front desk. Room 147 was isolated for access to staff. When I called the front desk for assistance, the clerk said no one was available to help. He needed to cover the front desk alone

Bed was comfy, room was...

Liked: Clean and comfy
Disliked: The location of the room was bad- the screen door got stuck and luckily?? a guy was walking by the back screen door to my room and helped me shut it but later on - I had the glass door open for air - that guy was sitting on top of the giant rock across the parking lot just looking at me watching tv through the open door. I got up and locked the glass door and closed the curtains. Also because my room is next to the back entrance various people kept coming in and out of the building slamming the door loudly from about 4:30 am onward again around 5 am then 7 am and it’s ongoing now- so I only slept from about midnight to 4 am. I’ll be trying to rest until I check out at noon today.

Disliked: Poor lighting and tight quarters in the bathroom. Excessive noise by teenagers in the courtyard and hallway outside our room. Had to call the front desk and was responded to quickly.

Disliked: We got charged for breakfast that was supposed to be included. It got cleared up eventually, but took a few phone calls and emails.
