Exceptional

Liked: Spacious room, with a nice couch. Streaming service on in-room TV. Small shop to buy drinks and sweets.
Disliked: Instructions for breakfast unclear. Train station difficult to reach

Fine

Disliked: I thought the room was very small for a king size bed with sofa bed. I thought the eating facilities were poor and the seating area at reception uncomfortable and lacking any style . Could be so much more .

Terrible

Liked: Pool was closed - I called before making reservation to make sure it was open because I’m disabled and the pool is vital for exercise. The Tv kept freezing or black screen, I went to front desk and they just handed me a card to call the cable service myself! We ordered food at the Bistro and it was awful, chicken tasted odd and couldn’t eat it. No customer service

Not impressed.

Liked: The location was great and it was clean.
Disliked: The elevator was broken. The AC unit made an awful noise and there was a lot of disruptive noises throughout the night. For the price we all slept awful!
