Liked: Very nice hotel; the man that checked us in was fantastic!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Easy to navigate to anywhere in Boston from here. The only negative was that it cost $32 a night to park there - very unreasonable as we were already paying good money to stay there - parking should be free.

False advertising, “city view” not...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I literally PAID for city view, picture advertised the view of Prudential building and Boston skyline view. Instead got the view of no buildings just highway. Whats the point of paying for city view then? Also the heater didn’t in the room, so they brought us plug in heaters after sitting in a freezing room for an hour, rather than switching our room. False advertising and no working heaters. Oh and no free parking.

Liked: Location was good: Trader Joes, Walgreens, and Whole Food. Resturant at hotel was great, which made my short stay really good. Thanks.

Quick but not worth it

Disliked: The room was small for a king size, didn’t look like the pictures and the view was very deceiving

Liked: It was in the clean side
Disliked: The value was not there. Several floors had a cigarette smell when the doors opened and the bed was hard the pillows were flat the staff had little personality

Liked: It was clean and comfortable but the bath was not very good: The rim of the bath was so narrow by the wall that I slipped as I was getting into it-dangerous
