Liked: Very nice hotel; the man that checked us in was fantastic!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Easy to navigate to anywhere in Boston from here. The only negative was that it cost $32 a night to park there - very unreasonable as we were already paying good money to stay there - parking should be free.

Disliked: window heater unit made a terrible noise when cycling off/on. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said they would alert engineering, but the problem persisted.
