Liked: I was charged $50 for something I didn’t know about. I was told I will get this amount back. I would like this money back. Getting into room right away.
Disliked: Being able to get into room.

Disliked: The hot tub being broken and bar not open. The two reasons why I booked with them

Liked: Very friendly upon arrival, quick check in, the room was much larger than expected and shown in the picture, very pleasant surprise
Disliked: I stayed on the fold out couch, (single bed) the mattress is due to be replaced, you could feel the frame as soon as I layed down (i weigh 128lbs)

Liked: It was close to my mother's place that we were having to clean out, and the price was competitive for the area.
Disliked: Unexpected charge for parking! Even though it was a holiday, there should have been some notice that they would not have a hot breakfast as usual. We did the hotel stay for two reasons, a shower and a hot (healthy for a diabetic) breakfast.
