Overall the property was good....

Liked: The location was perfect for my travel. Also the exterior of the facility was good. There was some road word being done at the entrance which limited the egress. Two things stood out: 1) the initial room wreaked cigarette smoke immediately as we entered the room. We brought it to the attention of the desk and was promptly given another room which was suitable as far as the atmosphere. 2) in the second room upon using the toilet after returning from our venue, we notice a disgusting ring arount the toilet bown which could not have been cleaned in a long time. At check out the next morning we brought it to the attention of the desk but no response. In addition, we responded to a survery after we returned home and the manager stated he would bring it to the attention of housekeeping. We shared pictures with him.
Disliked: The rusty looking large ring around the inside of the toilet bown revealed that it hadn't been touched in a very long time, We expected much better attention to cleanliness especially in the bathroom. Furthermore, to point it out at check out the next morning with no respone was dishearting. Notwithstanding, when we received the survery after returning home we expressed our dissatification only to receive a email from the manager stating he would bring complaint to the attention of the housekeeping staff.
