Liked: Very clean and the staff went above a beyond to help with any issues we had. We visit Bham often and will most definitely stay here in the future.

Superb

Just ok, not going back

Liked: breakfast was good and expensive
Disliked: Hallways and carpets looked dirty and dark. No fresh smells. Not inviting at all.
