Really enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the Work Play Theater. Very good stay.

Liked: Even though it was by the hospital, it wasn't noisy. The room was clean.
Disliked: There was a strange "new" smell to the room, but you got used to it.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. The location downtown was ideal for us and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable for the room. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Disliked: PRICE WAS VERY HIGH FOR OVERNIGHT STAY FOR MEDICAL REASONS.THE TV WASN'T POSITIONED FOR COMFORTABLE VIEWING FROM THE BED.THE TV SCREEN WAS VERY DARK AND I TRIED BUT UNSUCCESSFUL TO CORRECT. IT WAS TOO LATE TO DEAL WITH FRONT DESK.

Bad

Liked: unresponsive. Surgery cancelled at UAB and needed to change dates and couldn't get any help or response to numerous attempts. HAD TO FOREFIY THE STAY AND LOST THE ENTIRE COST OF TWO ROOMS FOR TWO NIGHTS.

Fair for the price

Liked: The beds were very comfortable! It was clean!
Disliked: The sirens going off all night. The toilet was running off and on all night. The sm fridge motor was loud.
