Bad room service!!!!

Disliked: We returned to our room after dinner and discovered our door was held open by the dead bolt. My wife was afraid to enter the room, also everything could have been stolen. No room service was performed.The room was not cleaned and beds were not made. This was probably the worst service we’ve ever had!!!

Stay definitely met our needs.

Liked: We loved the size of our king bed room. The location is great as our son is a student at Binghamton. Pool, fitness center, and bar are nice additions.
Disliked: It would be nice to have complimentary breakfast for the price.

It was great overall.

Liked: The seating area in the king room was great. I loved the small sofa with ottoman and snack table.
Disliked: The only thing that was bad was the pool was under repair and unusable.
