Great value!

Liked: The support at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. The kindest woman helped us switch rooms because the noise from the HVAC in our first room was too loud. She was gracious and accommodating, helping us find local restaurants and welcoming us to the area.
Disliked: Our first room on the 4th floor was under some rooftop equipment and vibrated with tremendous noise.

Comfortable enough for a one...

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The bathroom needed a better cleaning before check-in. There was an unclean odor and the bathtub was clogged before we checked in, something the cleaning staff should have been aware of if they ran the water to clean the tub. The bed linens and pillow provided for the sofa bed were quite shabby.
