Comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast

Liked: Beds were spacious and very comfortable, breakfast was good quality (had vegan options for cheese and meat alternatives, fresh juices and fruits) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a difficult time understanding the transport system and the staff very patiently explained it all and answered our questions.There is a small 24 hour convenience store inside the hotel where you can buy some food and beverages, which was a nice addition. Also, good sitting areas on the same floor as the reception, where you can mingle, have a drink or work.
Disliked: Lifts are operated with the keycards, which is generally fine but these ones took too long to respond, sometimes would require you to keep swiping it over the monitor thing for recognition. It was a bit annoying, especially when it became a reoccurring thing.
