Loved Crystal Bridges

Liked: The location was wonderful for travel to Crystal Bridge as it's just a mile or so away. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to see that we were properly accommodated. I liked the individual TVs in the breakfast area where we were allowed to set the channels to programs of our choice.
Disliked: I truly DISLIKE the way breakfasts are now handled at Marriott Courtyards. This will be a significant reason why I will make other hotel choices in the future. Not only do I believe that free continental breakfasts should be part of the reservation, I believe if we are to be charged, we should have prompt table service. What is offered is completely inadequate. Guests must wait in long lines for service, including those guests who simply want a cup of coffee. REALLY?!

Liked: Great price, the rooms were very nice and clean, and the beds are very comfortable!! lighting was great and very spacious!

Convenient and clean location while...

Liked: It is a convenient location to get to Crystal Bridges for work. The hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Friendly staff at check in. Like the refrigerator, microwave in room. Quiet area.Next door is Riverside grill for fancy steak and seafood dinner.
Disliked: Since breakfast was not included I left property to enjoy a local coffee shop called Red Kite. It was great!
