Liked: Nice location
Disliked: The Bar and bistro was not open

V pleasant

Liked: All were friendly and helpful. Premises are attractive, the room was v clean and the bed was comfortable. Check out staff assured me and entered it in her list of tasks that the bathroom sink drained v slowly. Breakfast was rather pricy but good quality and the bartender in the evening was v helpful. Nearby restaurants made it easy to get dinner.
Disliked: Only that sink - and that was relatively minor

Liked: We have stayed there the few times I have come to Baltimore for family visits.. wonderful staff very clean, close to shopping and attractions

Disliked: The facility, my slider door was broken and I injured my shoulder trying to utilize it. Also the entrance floor mat was bumped up and I tripped on the rug. All of this was reported to the manager

Stayed for a wedding. but...

Disliked: not prepared for our group. Had to work with reception staff for over 1/2 hour to get reservations straight.

Great hotel for families

Liked: Big room esp the suite, comfortable beds, quiet, nice gym, nice staff
Disliked: Would have preferred daily room cleaning. Also drain in shower seems like it might be clogged as water didn’t always drain well.
