Great place to stay - comfortable beds. Good price for the area also. We went to Pier 6 for a concert and it was very convenient.

Superb
Liked: Location was perfect, walking distance to the harbor, room was nice and bed was comfy. Onsite parking was a plus.
Disliked: No microwave in the room.

Pleasant
Liked: The location was excellent. Not on the waterfront, but just a short walk from the waterfront promenade along the inner harbor. The adjacent parking garage (not run by the hotel) was also very convenient.
Disliked: I thought that I was reserving a room with two queen beds, but it was two full size beds, which made it a bit of a squeeze for sharing a room with a a family. We made it work.

Weekend Trip
Liked: Location. Everything was either in walking distance or a short drive away. Staff were pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: Sofa bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable.

Disliked: Rooms need an upgrade. Bathroom fixtures old and no longer working that well. Condition of tub and shower not good. Also, thermostat needs attention.

Good for what I was...
Liked: The location was good for what I was doing in Baltimore. It was in a nice part of town but not in the middle of everything. The front desk personel were very nice and accomodating. I did ask for a quiet room - at first they set me up in a room opposite "house keeping" which isnt really quit since they open & close the door all the time so I had to go back & ask for a different room. They only had 1 room left but it turned out nicer than the one they originally gave me. So thanks!! ALso they give you a bottle of water when you check in which was also a nice perk.
Disliked: The elevators could use some updating. The original room I stayed in had a tub that needed a remodel (1123). It would also be good if you updated the rooms to vinyl tile as the carpet gets kind of gross after a while. I know it cuts down on sound but ewwww!! The breakfast was al a carte, sad!
