Disliked: I booked a room for three people with one king bed and one sofa. However, the room did not have a sofa, which forced me to purchase a second room. Although breakfast was included, the selection was quite limited

Liked: Everything was perfect. Calm neighborhood, not far from main road. Late check in, tasty breakfast included. Big rooms , clean and comfortable.

Liked: Lobby was well designed, clean and welcoming, comfortable. Great location close to most shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room was faced to the highway and you could hear roadway noise. Windows didn’t isolate the noise. Heater didn’t work properly, didn’t keep the temperature at the same level, started cooling instead of heating. Bathroom interior and sanitary-ware were old made. Blankets weren’t warm enough for cold season.

Liked: Location was close to freeways and downtown
Disliked: WiFi was useless. Water pressure was low. Heater was not working properly. Elevator was slow. I arrived at 2:30am, already had a reservation and they made me wait 40 mins to check me in because they were resetting their system
