Booked last minute; staff was courteous and friendly; the room was great; A/C was cold.

Liked: Comfy bed, even the sofa bed was comfortable!

Liked: Hotel very nice; staff polite and helpful.
Disliked: Very hot in the elevator.

Just one comment, bathtub floor did not have non slip strips, it was too slippery.

Liked: Staff were very nice and always helpful.

Liked: Location, shuttle and check in were great.
Disliked: We could hear a party in one of the rooms which did not let us sleep. We also saw very intoxicated people in the elevator and lobby clearly from hard drug use.

Liked: In over 50 years of traveling, this ranks in the top 5 hotels for cleanliness and accessibility. Front desk was attentive and the amenities were very good. Everything worked and exceeded expectations.

Freezing outside. Freezing inside.

Disliked: Lukewarm shower. Mini bar not even plugged in. Everything about this place was cheap.

Liked: Very close to airport
Disliked: Facility needs to update bathroom. Room 238 had a tape painted over by the tub. Tub had a grimy feel to it as well.

Liked: Nice comfortable roomsVery good breakfast, luckily included for us, despite message from booking that no breakfast available
Disliked: Shower was luke warm only, called reception who offered a different room as issues with warm water apparently common
