Liked: Cleanliness,location.. familyFriendly
Disliked: The staff wasn’t informative abt amenities during check in like most places do

Liked: Agent at desk was very helpful to allow me to check in a little early.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included with my reservation so I did not have breakfast. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't included as most of the time when I stay in hotel, it's included.

Disliked: No tubs an the water didn't get that hot.

Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the water in the shower didn’t really get hot! Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

Disliked: No Elevator , not enough lighting outside at dark.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, well-located, and very reasonably priced, The Courtyard was a wonderful place to spend the holiday week.
Disliked: The "every other day" cleaning schedule is vague. You may want to ask when ro expect service.
